Who we are

Southwestern Virginia Training Center (SWVTC) is operated by the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. SWVTC provides a broad range of residential, habilitative, and medical services to persons with intellectual disabilities from the 17 county, 4 city region of Southwest Virginia.
